High Temperature Laboratory Ovens: 400°C and 500°C
Manufactured to the highest specification and has extra insulation in the doors and walls. Heavy duty hinges, catches and high temperature seals are also used. This oven uses a digital controller heating sheathed elements housed below the chamber. Air is drawn in and premixed within the base duct before being forced upwards behind the shelf runners and into the work chamber, giving a typical fluctuation of approximately +/-2°C. A small portion of the recirculating air is vented from the top of the chamber so that any fumes can safely be removed.
